Food & Drink…

All your meals will be provided throughout the three days of the challenge. There will be regular stops throughout the day where you will be able to take on energy snacks, fresh fruit and plenty of liquids. In addition to these stops, breakfast, lunch and dinner will also be provided, which include tea and coffee, but not soft or alcoholic drinks.

We do though need to know your evening meal selections. Menus for the evening meal restaurants can be found on the links below. Lunches will be a selection of food to cater to all tastes and dietary needs.


DAY 1 - LUNCH & EVENING MEAL

  • Lunch will be a buffet lunch in the Red Lion, Lindfield. It will be a selection of sandwiches, pasta, chips, desserts, and tea & coffee.

  • There will also be a selection of sweet treats to give you the energy for the afternoon ride

  • Your evening meal - Brewers Fayre Restaurant, Newhaven.

  • We will share a menu in advance to take your orders so you can eat soon after you arrive.

DAY 2 - BREAKFAST, LUNCH & EVENING MEAL

  • Breakfast - We’ll start you off with light energy snacks and hot drinks.

  • A second breakfast will be served in Forges-les-Eaux.

  • Lunch will be in a fantastic selection of breads, pasta, salads, hot and cold drinks coffee, and local desserts.

  • Your evening meal will be in a local french buffet restaurant.

DAY 3 - BREAKFAST, LUNCH & EVENING MEAL

  • Breakfast - Fruit, porridge and pastries, plus plenty of coffee on hand for those with a slightly sore head!

  • Lunch - Buffet lunch, again a fantastic selection of hot and cold food, locally produced, served with the excitement of knowing we are within touching distance of the Eiffel Tower!

  • Evening Meal - In Paris. Serving a selection of pizza, burgers, pasta and plenty of wine.
