Rebecca Millburn
CEO
Rebecca’s experience stretches for more than 20 years across the private and not-for-profit sector.
Following a career in the private sector, she held senior fundraising and events positions at organisations such as Marie Curie, Save the Children, British Heart Foundation, and Whizz Kidz.
Having worked as a Fundraiser and Event Director, Rebecca set up TFA Events Limited with Richard & Arun to provide a more tailored approach to UK & International challenges, but at the same time work closely with commercial organisations to strengthen their philanthropic activity and social impact.
Richard Robertshaw
Managing Director
Richard has a commercial background and was part of the team at Oliver Wyman developing their positioning offer.
His experience cuts across forestry work, events, and cycling workshops. Having also previously started his own business, RR Cycle Mechanics he has a wealth of practical knowledge for delivering challenges.
Since founding TFA Events Limited with Rebecca and Arun, he has been supporting not-for-profit organisations with strategic and operational support to enable the whole organisation to fundraise more effectively and build consensus around key issues.
Arun Sharma
Operations Director
Arun has an energetic approach to creating and delivering high-quality events for participants, sponsors, and attendees.
He brings a wealth of event knowledge from both the commercial and not-for-profit sector and has experience with a diverse range of UK and international running & cycling challenges, gala dinners, and corporate events.
During his career, Arun's clients have included many prestigious organisations (MUFG, Salesforce, Laureus, ITV & UK Charity Sector) and high-profile celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment. Arun also runs TFA Ltd.
